As a new repairs and maintenance company we are committed to supporting talent and building a skilled workforce, and we are thrilled to be opening the applications for our Construction Apprenticeship program.

Key Details

Title: Construction Apprentice

Duration: 2 – 3 years

Location: Bridgend

Salary: Age-dependent in line with the national apprentice rate

Responsibilities: The role involves supporting, assisting, and completing repair and maintenance work on Valleys to Coast properties located across Bridgend.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 GCSEs (Grades A-D) including Maths, English/Welsh, or a Science, or equivalent.
• In cases where GCSE grade requirements are not met, candidates with previous trade qualifications or site experience will be considered.
• Alternatively, candidates can undertake foundation and level 2 qualifications before progressing.
