On Friday, we celebrated our very first birthday, a proud milestone for a company that’s grown quickly and achieved so much in just 12 months.
But this wasn’t just a party. It was a real reflection of what it means to be part of Llanw, a place where people feel connected, inspired and valued.
From the start, Llanw was built on the belief that we could do things differently. We also shared updates on internal promotions, plans to increase diversity, and upcoming training opportunities, from MCS solar certification to leadership development and technical training.
