Staying true to our people, purpose and progress

At Llanw, we’re proud to be more than just a property services provider. We’re a team that’s growing, evolving, and showing what’s possible when you build a workplace around people, purpose, and progress.

Over the past 15 months, Llanw has gone from a bold new idea to a thriving, values-led organisation, and we’re only just getting started.

When Llanw was first launched, it came with big ambitions, and naturally, big questions too. Would we rely more on subcontractors and scale back our team?

Would our colleagues be left behind?

Fast-forward 15 months, and the results speak for themselves.

Instead of increasing subcontractor spend, we’ve invested in Llanw and grown from a team of 70 to 128! But we’re not growing for the sake of it; we know we need more dependable colleagues who align with our values to help us respond quickly and complete more of your repairs to a high standard.

To help us do this in a way where our colleagues felt valued, we:

  • Introduced new contracts to give colleagues more flexibility, if they wanted it, some chose to stick with their existing contracts. Choice was key.
  • We created new terms and conditions to allow those who wanted to work more hours the ability to earn more, this also helps us deliver more repairs and extend our service to better suit your needs.

We’re a great place to work – but don’t just take our word for it!

We’ve strengthened our position, built trust, and shown what’s possible when we take brave decisions with our colleagues, and more of our Llanw colleagues say they’d recommend us as a great place to work!

Here’s how the Net Promoter Score (NPS) has grown:

Launch Event – 81% would recommend us as a great place to work

Six-Month Celebration – 86% would recommend us as a great place to work.

One-Year Birthday – 92.1% would recommend us as a great place to work

Our best score yet, a sign that people are proud to be part of Llanw and would happily recommend it to others.

Behind that score is a team that’s working hard to celebrate success, promote from within, support wellbeing, and create real career paths.

As we start thinking about the Development Subsidiary, we’re not starting from scratch; we’re starting from strength, with the lessons we learned from launching Llanw at the forefront of our minds.
