One of our top priorities is making our communication around repairs better. You’ve given us feedback like “I want to know exactly what time you’re coming” and “don’t just turn up”, so we’ve taken this on board.

From now on, we’ll text you a link when we’re on our way to you so you can track our driver and get an estimated time of arrival!

This will help you:

  • Plan your day around our visit.
  • Have confidence that you’re answering the door to our tradesperson.

Here’s what the text or email will say:

“We’re on our way for repair [reference number]. To view the estimated arrival time, click [link]. Not in? Call 0300 123 2100.” 

Customers have already responded positively, with one commenting “about time, well done” and another saying “if we no longer have to wait at home all day, then you’ve done your job!”.
