We’ve been shortlisted for a TPAS Cymru award!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been shortlisted as a finalist in the TPAS Cymru Good Practice Awards 2025! 

This year, we’ve been recognised for consulting with customers to shape the development of Llanw. Here’s a snapshot of the work we did while building our brand:

  • We started by asking tenants on social media: “What should our repair service feel like?” Their feedback – efficient, professional, and reliable – helped us create our design brief.
  • While building our brand, we held several customer sessions to understand what good customer service looks like. The emerging themes included the importance of being polite, reliable, and consistent (just like the tide), which led to us naming ourselves Llanw. 
  • Since the creation of Llanw, we’ve also held a tenant focus group where customers shared their lived experiences and provided feedback on how to improve our services. Customers requested better communication, preparedness for disabilities, and a personal touch.
